Who Teaches at Regent?

Every member of our teaching staff is a committed Christian who views education as their calling — not merely a profession. We look for educators who bring both academic excellence and genuine faith: teachers who know their subjects deeply, love their students unconditionally, and are actively walking with God.

Our hiring process is rigorous. Credentials, experience, and classroom skills matter — but so does character, faith, commitment, and the ability to mentor young people as well as instruct them to live life on the next level.

Academic Qualifications

All Regent teachers hold relevant university degrees and teaching credentials from their home countries. We hire educators with proven classroom experience and a track record of strong student outcomes.

Teachers at Regent are active and committed Christians who affirm our Statement of Faith and are committed to modelling faith in the classroom. We are not looking for people who teach about God — we are looking for people who know God.

International Experience

We prioritise teachers with experience in international school settings — educators who understand the unique needs of globally mobile families, multilingual learners, and the cross-cultural classroom.

Heart for Students

Beyond qualifications, we look for teachers who genuinely love young people — mentors as much as instructors. At Regent, the relationship between teacher and student is as important as the content being taught.

Programs by Grade Level

Regent is opening with its elementary programme in 2027 and will expand toward full K–12 operation over time.

01 Opening Fall 2027

Elementary School

Kindergarten to Grade 5

Our elementary programme builds strong foundations in literacy, numeracy, and biblical understanding. Young learners are taught in a warm, nurturing environment that balances structured academics with play, creativity, and exploration. Small class sizes mean every child receives the attention they need to thrive.

02 Planned Expansion

Middle School

Grades 6 to 8

Middle school at Regent is designed for the distinctive challenges and opportunities of early adolescence. Students develop critical thinking skills, deepen their biblical worldview, and begin exploring their God-given gifts and interests. Strong pastoral support runs alongside rigorous academics.

03 Planned Expansion

High School

Grades 9 to 12

Our high school programme will prepare students for university admission and a life of purposeful service. Details on our high school curriculum, university counselling, and graduation requirements will be announced as we grow toward full K-12 operation.
