PHILOSOPHY
Our Curriculum Philosophy
At Regent Christian Schools, we believe all truth is God's truth. That means our curriculum is not divided into "academic subjects" and "faith subjects" — they are one. Mathematics reveals God's precision. Literature develops empathy and moral imagination. Science points to the Creator, our Heavenly Father. History shows God's hand across time.
We use a rigorous English-language curriculum built on this conviction, preparing students for university admission worldwide while equipping them with a biblical lens for understanding the world.
Language of Instruction
Regent Christian Schools teaches all core subjects in English. Japanese language instruction is included as a core subject across all grade levels. We believe honouring our host culture is part of good Christian education. Students graduate bilingual in the languages they need for life in Japan and abroad.
OVERVIEW
What We Teach
We are finalizing our primary curriculum framework ahead of our 2027 opening. We are evaluating leading American Christian curricula and will confirm our selection before applications open. Families on our interest list will receive this update directly.
GRADE LEVELS
Programs by Grade Level
Regent is opening with its elementary programme in 2027 and will expand toward full K–12 operation over time.
Elementary School
Our elementary programme builds strong foundations in literacy, numeracy, and biblical understanding. Young learners are taught in a warm, nurturing environment that balances structured academics with play, creativity, and exploration. Small class sizes mean every child receives the attention they need to thrive.
Middle School
Middle school at Regent is designed for the distinctive challenges and opportunities of early adolescence. Students develop critical thinking skills, deepen their biblical worldview, and begin exploring their God-given gifts and interests. Strong pastoral support runs alongside rigorous academics.
High School
Our high school programme will prepare students for university admission and a life of purposeful service. Details on our high school curriculum, university counselling, and graduation requirements will be announced as we grow toward full K-12 operation.
BEGIN THE JOURNEY
Faith-centred education begins here and grows.
We invite prospective families to meet our founding team and learn how Regent will serve your children.
